How is the factory processed?
Processing Workshop Filling Workshop
Our workshop is dedicated to packaging our raw materials in small containers. The workshop has 2 bottle filling lines and 7 bag filling machines.
Bottle Washing Workshop Window
This area of the workshop is where we clean the bottles used in our production process. We use self-made purified water for the cleaning process. Once cleaned, the bottles go through a 6-meter-long drying and sterilization tunnel. This tunnel effectively dries any remaining water inside the bottles by subjecting them to a high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (with the first 4 meters increasing the temperature and the last 2 meters decreasing it). Additionally, this process ensures thorough sterilization of both the inside and outside of the bottles. The entire journey for a bottle, from entry to exit, takes approximately 30 minutes.
