Gojiberry Expo: a breakthrough in the study of the efficacy of Gojiberry has been announced
"Gojiberry efficacy of major basic research and functional product development" smoothly through the acceptance of the expert group, the invention relates to the molecular mechanism of the traditional efficacy of Lycium barbarum, the quality standard of Gojiberry, the research and development of Gojiberry functional products, and the centralized release of a plurality of scientific and technological achievements on the same day.
This major scientific and technological project, which lasted six years of systematic research and involved the participation of many academicians, established a database management platform for Gojiberry compounds for the first time and discovered a group of new functional ingredients, the high-precision genome of Lycium barbarum was analyzed and the ISO international standard of Chinese medicine-goji Barbarum was established.
Gojiberry is a dominant industry in Ningxia. As of the end of the 2021, the comprehensive output value of the industry has exceeded 25 billion yuan. Although Ningxia has been at the forefront of scientific research in the field of Gojiberry breeding, plant protection, cultivation and other agricultural fields, however, there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of deep processing, functional substance development and high value-added product research and development of Gojiberry.
In order to promote the high-quality development of Gojiberry industry, the important basic research and functional product development of Gojiberry was approved by Ningxia Science and Technology Department in 2016. The project, led by the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and chaired by academician Wang Zhizhen, Chinese Academy of Sciences a total of seven topics, and involved the participation of a number of research institutes and universities across the country.
Many organizations, including Zaokang Group, also said that they would actively support the Gojiberry research results experiment, to explore the mystery of Gojiberry
