The first crop of Chinese gojiberry refers to the first crop of fruit in summer after a 3-month winter break and 3-month spring growth. Zaokang has strict requirements:
“First of all, we require the fruit to be clean. The stems must not be left behind. They must be clean and free of impurities. Second, they must be handled with care and not damage the skin of the fresh fruit. Third, they must be picked and transported to the factory as soon as they are picked.”

In order to ensure the freshness of gojiberry, Zaokang set up the processing workshop of gojiberrypulp near the base and sent it to the factory for processing at the first time after picking. On the same day, pick the day of juicing, never overnight, one by one to complete the cleaning, crushing, homogenization, sterilization, filling and so on more than 10 procedures.
