2004

In 2003, the national food enterprises were greatly affected by SARS. During this period, Zaokang bucked the trend and was lucky to receive the order of 7 tons exported to Japan, and successfully completed the task according to the customer's quality requirements and delivery time, which was highly praised by the customer. In July of the same year, after the end of SARS, the Japanese enterprise sent people to Zhongning for investigation. After repeatedly comparing Zhongning gijiberry enterprises, it was found that only Zaokang was equipped with standardized work clothes and production, processing and disinfection rooms, and all health indicators of the factory were in line with the level at that time. Zaokang has 4200 mu of its own gojiberry base, including 1500 mu of organic certification bases such as American NOP, EU EC and Jewish clean food, 2700 mu of EU recorded export base, and 23000 mu of cooperation base with company + cooperative + farmers as the interest link point. Gojiberry bases are located in the core gojiberry producing area of Ningxia, with excellent climate and environment, which provides unique natural conditions for gojiberry planting. Zaokang has two production factories, of which the old plant covers an area of 52 mu, mainly producing and processing dried gojiberry and goji puree juice series products. The company has an annual output of 6000 tons of dried gojiberry production line, 5000 tons of structured goji raw pulp production line, 480000 bottles of goji raw liquid filling production line and 500000 bags of goji raw pulp production line. The new factory covers an area of 138.2 Mu and is equipped with 12 sets of large-scale freeze-drying equipment. The annual production scale is 1000 tons of freeze-dried lock fresh goji.
