100,000-level purification workshop to create sterile and good original pulp

In the window area of the bottle filling workshop, there is a high-speed filling machine equipped with an imported ceramic pump. This machine operates on a filling line located within a 100,000-level purification workshop. It has the ability to fill bottles at a rate of 100 bottles per minute. Additionally, the filling line near the window stands out as it can achieve faster filling speeds, reaching 200 bottles per minute. When both production lines are active at the same time, the combined daily production capacity of the workshop can reach up to 150,000 bottles.


At the window area of the bagged pulp canning workshop, there are six flat bag canning machines. Each machine has a capacity to fill 35 bags per minute. When all six machines are operated simultaneously, the workshop can achieve a daily production capacity of 150,000 bags. Additionally, there is one vertical bag filling machine in the workshop that utilizes roll film packaging material for producing and filling sealed bags. This machine has a daily production capacity of 60,000 bags.


The window of the sterilization workshop serves as the entry point for the process. Here, the raw material that has been filled is carefully placed into turnover baskets designed to withstand high temperatures. These baskets are then transported and introduced into a fully automated, timed sterilization kettle. The sterilization process occurs at a precise temperature of 85 degrees Celsius and lasts for 45 minutes. Notably, the efficiency of the operation is impressive, with four sterilization tanks capable of sterilizing an impressive quantity of 24,000 bottles per hour.


The pathway leading to the juice extraction workshop grants access to our facility, which primarily operates during the summer and autumn seasons. The Zhongning fresh goji berries are a prominent feature during both of these periods. Specifically, in summer, these berries are in their prime from mid-June until late August, while in autumn, they can be enjoyed from the end of September through early November.


It is worth noting that the goji berries harvested in summer yield the highest quality juice for extraction. These berries exhibit desirable characteristics such as excellent soluble solids and a substantial content of betaine, making them an ideal choice for juice production.
