Our original pulp products, in addition to the whole process of food grade processing, the packaging environment is also very clean, creating a higher standard packaging environment in the industry.
In our packaging workshop for finished products, we primarily carry out processes such as coding, labeling, boxing, and film wrapping. The workshop is equipped with three labeling machines. The small labeling machine has a capacity of 150 bottles per minute, while the high-speed labeling machine can handle up to 400 bottles per minute. We package over 20,000 boxes of bottled raw material each day, approximately equating to 120,000 bottles. Additionally, we package 20,000 boxes of bagged finished products, which is equivalent to around 200,000 bags.
Introduction to the Central Laboratory:
The Quality Control Department is the company's quality management department, responsible for the effectiveness and sustainability of the company's quality management system. It implements the production process and inspection standards to carry out inspections and testing from raw material intake to production process monitoring and finished product inspection. Product development is mainly carried out in collaboration with Tianjin University of Science and Technology.
The Quality Control Department implements an inspection system that combines initial inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. During the production process, inspections and verifications are performed according to the project requirements of customer production orders, and the pass rate of finished product sampling is 100%.
The Quality Control Department's laboratory is equipped with complete testing equipment and instruments. The laboratory can currently test various parameters for dried goji berries including moisture content, ash content, sulfur dioxide, heavy metals, and ten types of pesticide residues. For goji berry puree, it can test parameters such as sugar content, acidity, microorganisms, Escherichia coli, mold, betaine, goji polysaccharides, and heavy metals. We regularly send samples to authoritative testing institutions for external inspections to assess our testing capabilities and provide qualification reports to customers. The external inspection institutions we cooperate with include well-known domestic testing institutions such as SGS, Huace, Anshun, Oulu, and Puny.
